This diamond in the rough was purchased to undergo a full transformation. While the bones were great, the inexpensive older materials from the 70’s were lacking consideration. Each surface material and small detail were carefully selected to bring identity to the refreshed townhouse. Here, simplicity meets character in an impactful way.
